Sweetheart Day!

February 17th, 2007 ~ What a great time was had by all.
Students and their spouses/significant others joined us for an hour of karate class! It was an hour filled with bonding, stretching, laughing, and working hard! The ladies had an opportunity to see what we put their husbands/boyfriends through during class and had a chance to show them that they were a little tougher than they were getting credit for!

If you missed it the class was a great success and we really look forward to repeating it next year plan on being there!

January's Master's Club

Last Saturday we held our monthly Black Belt Club. This month we were focusing on our advanced Bong Forms and Bong One-steps. We had a good turn out and everyone had a lot of fun learning all there new information.

January's Belt Testing and Belt Ceremony

Last week we held our monthly belt testing. The students came in at their alloted times and showed off all the techniques they have been working on over the last few months since the last time they tested. Everyone performed very well and we are very proud of all our students.
